Mark Best is a Principal Applications Consultant at Telelogic. His background is that of defense and telecoms sectors, in both hardware and software roles.
Since joining Telelogic he has gained valuable experiences of different sectors and companies in their quest to use the ITIL 'best practice' methodology. The recent update to ITIL (ITIL v3) has now positioned Telelogic in an ideal position to allow companies not only to handle the Operational aspects of IT Service Management but also allows them to consider the Strategic, Design and Transitional aspects all within a Continual Service Improvement cycle. |
